Shipping & Delivery Policy
At LuwuBox, we take extra care to ensure that your customized chocolates, gift boxes, and corporate gifting orders are packed safely and delivered in the best possible condition. Our shipping process is designed to protect product freshness, packaging quality, and overall gifting presentation.
Delivery Timelines
Retail orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.
Most bulk orders are delivered within 5–10 working days after final design approval across India.
For large corporate orders involving hundreds or thousands of boxes, we provide specific delivery timelines after reviewing quantity, customization, and location.
The maximum delivery timeline may go up to 21 days, unless specified otherwise at the time of order confirmation.
Please note that delivery timelines begin only after design approval, not from the date of order placement. Complex customization, festive season demand, Diwali orders, or bulk production may require additional processing time.

All bulk chocolate shipments are carefully packed in high-quality protective packaging to ensure safe delivery. Our packaging is designed to protect chocolates from temperature changes, humidity, and physical impact during transit.

Multi-Location Deliveries
We offer delivery to multiple office locations, employee addresses, client locations, and event venues. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply depending on the number of addresses and packaging requirements.
Direct Shipping to Employees & Clients
LuwuBox can directly ship gifts to your employees, clients, customers, or event participants. This is especially useful for corporate gifting, HR campaigns, festive gifting, onboarding kits, and remote team celebrations.

Mandatory Shipping Information
- Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order.
- Courier partners may not always call before delivery.
- Deliveries are usually not available on Sundays and National Holidays.
- Address redirection after dispatch is not possible.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to the perishable nature of chocolates.
- Remote locations may have extended delivery timelines.
- Unforeseen circumstances such as weather issues, logistics delays, or courier disruptions may affect delivery timelines.
- LuwuBox is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Damaged Product Reporting
If your order arrives damaged, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Our team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution wherever applicable.
Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable and customized nature of our chocolate gifts, returns are generally not accepted. However, if there is a genuine quality issue, damage, or production error, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos and order details are required
- Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement
- Refunds are generally not offered for customized edible products
- Replacement decisions are made case by case after review
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and moved into production, it cannot be cancelled. Customized products are made specifically for each customer, so cancellation is not possible after production starts.
Changes in Order Details or Shipping Address
Customization details such as name, photo, logo, message, design, or artwork cannot be changed once approved or sent for production.
If there is a change in shipping address, please inform us immediately after placing the order. We will try our best to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch.
Mistakes in Final Product
LuwuBox is not responsible for spelling mistakes, typos, wrong names, incorrect addresses, or design errors submitted by the customer. Please review all customization details carefully before approval.
If the approved customization details were not correctly incorporated by us, we will review the issue and may remake or reship the order where applicable.
Melted Chocolates or Other Damage
Chocolates are edible and temperature-sensitive products. Minor variations in edible printing, color, or finishing may occur. In case of significant damage, melting, or breakage during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.
Delayed Delivery or Failed Delivery
We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the full and correct address is shared, including name, phone number, house/office number, landmark, pin code, and city.
LuwuBox is not responsible for failed deliveries if:
- The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
- The recipient is unavailable
- The phone number is incorrect or unreachable
- The delivery location is restricted or inaccessible
- The delay is caused by courier, weather, strike, or external logistics issues
